Senior, Full Time Hygienist
Erica has been in the dental profession for over 25 years. She received her Dental Assisting I Certificate from Central Piedmont Community College in 1999. In 2005, Erica entered the Dental Hygiene program at Catawba Valley Community College and graduated in 2007 with an A.A.S. in Dental Hygiene and is a Registered Dental Hygienist in North Carolina. In 2023, Erica received advanced training in the administration of local dental anesthesia
Erica joined Clemmons Comprehensive Dental Care in 2016 and is our lead dental hygienist, as well as our OSHA and Safety Coordination Officer. She prides herself in staying up to date in her field by staying connected with her colleagues through continuing education and social networking. Erica also takes pride in serving the local communities by participating in noteworthy volunteer activities such as Give Kids a Smile which offers vital dental services to children in need.
Erica is highly skilled hygienist with a calm chairside manner and kind demeanor. She is accomplished in assisting patients to overcome dental anxiety and fears so that she can deliver the care they need. Erica truly enjoys educating patients, collaborating with the staff and maintaining healthy smiles!
Erica is married to her husband, Rob. They have two beautiful children who they love spending time with. Her other interests include enjoying summer, traveling, church activities and cuddling with her German shepherd, Enzo.
Erica White, RDH
Part Time Hygienist
Erica White has been in the dental profession for over 10 years. She became a Certified Dental Assistant in 2013. In 2014, Erica entered into the Dental Hygiene program at Wake Technical Community College and graduated with her associate degree and holds a license as a Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of North Carolina. In addition to this, Erica underwent advanced training in 2024 for the administration of local anesthesia.
Erica has practiced in many towns and cities in North Carolina and since 2023 she has called Clemmons and Clemmons Comprehensive Dental Care her home. Erica enjoys volunteering in her profession with Missions of Mercy and other volunteer groups as well as teaching and educating children at preschools about the importance of oral health.
Erica is married to her husband, Sherman. Together, they have three beautiful children. In her free time, Erica enjoys being outdoors with her kids and being involved in church, traveling with family and working out at the local YMCA.
Erica loves meeting new people and helping patients regain confidence in their smiles.

Margaret Tully
Director of Financial Services
Margaret is a valued member of the Clemmons Comprehensive Dental Care team, bringing over three decades of experience in the dental field. Having completed her Degree in Dental Assisting and Reception from Putnam Career Technical Center, Margaret has dedicated herself to the dental community for many years.
In her role, she assists patients with scheduling, financial inquiries, and treatment education, displaying a commitment to ongoing education to better serve the patient community. Margaret's customer service-oriented approach and seamless collaboration with both clinical and administrative staff ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
She values building relationships with her patients, sharing her favorite books and dedicated to helping everyone achieve and maintain a healthy smile. Outside of work, Margaret enjoys spending time with her husband in Christian Ministry, as well as indulging in hobbies like decorating, entertaining, glamping, and outdoor activities.
Guadalupe Herrera-Mendoza
Patient Care Coordinator, Dental Assistant, Spanish Community Ambassador
Guadalupe is a compassionate Patient Care Coordinator and Dental Assistant, dedicated to providing exceptional care. With her recent completion of an Associate Degree in Health Science, her commitment to excellence in patient care is unwavering.
Outside of work, she's a devoted mother to two lively boys, sharing their love for outdoor adventures. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Guadalupe takes pride in ensuring the Spanish-speaking community receives the attention and understanding they deserve regarding dental needs.
Whether at work or spending quality time with her family, she leaves a lasting impact through her compassion and genuine care.
Melissa Marion
Patient Care Coordinator
Melissa joined the Clemmons Comprehensive Dental Care team at the end of 2023. Interacting with patients and their families, providing outstanding customer care, is extremely rewarding to her. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management from Appalachian State University. Following college, Melissa worked in cardiology, oral surgery, dentistry, enjoyed being a Stay-at-Home mom, and also taught group fitness classes.
Outside of work, Melissa spends time going on adventures with her friends and family, her husband, Jesse, and son, Cole. She also enjoys days in the sunshine with her two dogs, gardening, ballet, and yoga.
Lori Adams
Dental Assistant II, Clinical Team Leader
Lori, who joined our team in 2016, with 16 years of experience as a DAII, graduated from Forsyth Technical Community College in 2008 with a diploma in Dental Assisting. She holds certifications in monitoring nitrous oxide sedation, coronal polishing, and x-ray by the state of North Carolina. Additionally, she became certified as an implant surgical assistant through the Triangle Dental Institute in 2017.
As our lead clinical assistant, Lori's compassionate approach and wealth of expertise ensure patients feel comfortable and informed during their visits. She takes pride in fostering relationships with patients, witnessing their smiles and oral health improve over time.
Outside of work, Lori enjoys traveling with her husband, reading, staying active, cherishing moments with her children and granddaughter, Sophia, and spending quality time with her beloved dog, Elly Mae.
Danielle Fink
Certified Dental Assistant, 3-D printing lead technician
Danielle has been a dental assistant for over 24 years. She received her training at Medix in Townson, Maryland earning her degree as a Certified Dental Assistant in 2000. Danielle is X-ray certified, N2O and Coronal Polishing Certified through the state of North Carolina. Danielle moved with her family to North Carolina in 2013, and joined Clemmons Comprehensive Dental Care in 2019.
She was selected as a team member at Clemmons Comprehensive Dental Care due to her advanced skillset in restorative dentistry and great chairside manner. Dani takes pride in assisting and taking care of patients. She is often requested by patients due to her kind disposition and friendly personality.
Danielle is a Mom of two wonderful children, Samantha and Matthew and a Grandson. She also has 4 dogs, Diddles, Brutus, Millie, and Alvin. In her spare time Danielle enjoys crafts, and spending time with family and friends.
